With a deep knowledge in West Coast office, retail, and industrial properties, Liam is well positioned to assist in relocating both national and local corporations to the Central Coast of California. During his career, he has contributed to several successful service-oriented real estate teams along the California Coast and has consistently exceeded client expectations. His experience in brokerage, development, project management and multi-state investment acquisition provide him insight into the subtleties of each real estate transaction.
Liam graduated with honors from Westmont College in Santa Barbara , earning a degree in Engineering Physics. He continues to use his problem solving skills and relational nature to create unique, profitable solutions for clients. He also holds the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Less than 6 percent of the commercial real estate practitioners nationwide have earned the CCIM designation. Liam serves as Chairman of The Board of Trustees for Child Abuse Listening and Mediation (CALM) ensuring that the organization is thriving and serving the community well while continuing to expand services. He enjoys volunteering with church and education groups in his hometown of Santa Barbara, CA and is a proud husband and father to three energetic boys.
