Many times I’ve heard real estate experts describe a store as “one hundred feet from greatness”. Don’t let that be your store. In the information age that we live in, metrics and demographics are readily available (I provide these to my clients via advanced research tools from the CCIM Institute) so if you know what you are looking for you should be able to find it. Please call me to discuss the demographic information that I can provide to you so that you can avoid the pitfalls of choosing the wrong location.

The step that many business owners skip is determining what it is that they are looking for. Read through this article and let me know what question you think is most often ignored.
